Wedding Reception Booking Procedure

Having visited the clubhouse and viewed the facilities on offer, a provisional booking may be made.  This will be held for a period of 2 weeks pending payment of a deposit.

Deposit

On Confirmation of your booking a deposit of £500.00 is required, which will be deducted from your final balance.

If no deposit is received after the initial period of two weeks, we will release the booking.

 

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel the booking, the following scales of charges will apply:-

Over 12 months – Deposit refunded

12 – 6 Months – Deposit retained plus 25% of total estimated bill

6 - 3 Months – Deposit retained plus 50% of total estimated bill

3 – 0 Months – Deposit retained plus 100% of total estimated bill

 

Room Hire

Room Hire costs are variable please contact us for prices.  The room is exclusively yours from early morning until the bar closes at 1.00am

 

Confirmation of Final Details and Payment

Six weeks prior to the date we will require the full outstanding balance; no refunds are made after this time on reduced guest numbers.

 

Bond

A bond of £300.00 is also required in the unlikely event of any damage to the clubhouse. This can be paid 24 hours prior to the function.   The bond will be refunded directly after the event.
